Kyle Keehan
Founder, Data Dashboard Hub | Looker Studio & Marketing Analytics Specialist
I’ve been working in e-commerce and digital analytics since 2000. What hooked me early wasn’t design or branding—it was data. Watching real users interact with a site in real time, tying that behavior to revenue, and making decisions based on what the numbers actually show.
Over the past two decades, I’ve operated on both sides of the table: building and running my own e-commerce businesses and leading analytics and digital marketing teams for large organizations. Most recently, I served as P&L owner for a $37M retail division within a private-equity portfolio company, where I replatformed and oversaw 12 e-commerce websites and managed a 40+ person team across digital marketing, customer success, analytics, and sales. That business was ultimately sold for over $850M within three years of new PE ownership.
Why Data Dashboards Became My Focus
Across every role, one problem never went away: reliable, actionable reporting.
Analytics data lived in too many places—Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, spreadsheets, internal systems—and was often stitched together manually. Reports were slow, inconsistent, and usually outdated by the time leadership saw them. Even when data existed, teams struggled to turn it into decisions.
After years of working with agencies, consultants, and internal reporting tools that over-promised and under-delivered, I started building my own dashboards—initially for internal use, then for clients.
That work became Data Dashboard Hub.
What I Actually Do (and Use) Today
I personally design and maintain reporting systems built in Google Looker Studio, connecting and modeling data from platforms including:
-
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
-
Google Ads
-
Google Search Console
-
Google Sheets
-
PageSpeed Insights
-
E-commerce platforms and internal business data
My focus is not “pretty charts.” It’s decision-ready dashboards: reporting that answers real questions like:
-
Where is revenue actually coming from?
-
Which campaigns are driving profitable growth?
-
What broke this week—and why?
I work primarily with SMBs, agencies, and marketing teams that need clarity without enterprise complexity. Many of the articles on this site are based directly on real dashboard builds, troubleshooting sessions, and mistakes I see repeatedly when implementing analytics in the real world.
About This Site
The content on DataDashboardHub.com reflects hands-on experience building, fixing, and scaling analytics systems—not theory or documentation summaries. Articles are regularly reviewed and updated as Google tools, APIs, and reporting behaviors change.
If you’re using Looker Studio, GA4, or Search Console and trying to turn raw data into something you can actually act on, you’re in the right place.
Eric D. Personal Profile
Most "free" Google Ads audits aren’t what they seem. These audits are often sales tools in disguise, designed to shock you into switching agencies. They cherry-pick data, omit critical context, and lean heavily on Google’s own recommendations—guidelines that often favor Google’s bottom line more than yours.
While these audits may seem tempting, they rarely provide the clarity or strategy needed to unlock your account's true potential. My approach to audits is different. As a paid ads and performance marketer—and a DJ who understands the importance of precision—I dive deep into your account to find objective wins and actionable insights.
A true audit is more than just running through a checklist or parroting Google’s optimizations; it’s about understanding your business, audience, and goals to uncover hidden opportunities and areas for growth. Whether it’s boosting ROAS, eliminating waste, or refining your targeting, my audits are built to deliver clarity and results, not sales pitches.
I will quantify opportunities, eliminate any inefficient spend, & make sure proper measurement is in place.
Whether you choose to work with me or not, you’ll walk away with a clearer picture of where your campaigns stand and how they can perform better. If you’re ready for a transparent, no-BS look at your account, let’s get started.
